Do negative people effect you?
Have you ever wondered why when you run into old friend or family, you’re happy to see them, the greeting goes well and then it just turns into a bitch fit, raise your hand if this is happened to you? Don’t get me wrong everybody is dealing with their own stuff, that’s what the world is about, it’s what life is about. You must learn how to deal with different emotions and different experiences throughout your lifetime in order to learn a certain lesson. One of the experiences that people tend to shy away from, is heart ache or emotional pain. The one that people tend to drawl towards is negativity. Now your life may be going great you may have woke up today went out to get a cup of coffee and found the $50 bill sitting on the sidewalk so you pick it up and you go by your coffee with it, then you go to the high-end grocery store down the street and buy some groceries to make you and your boyfriend or girlfriend a wonderful meal for that later that evening. A meal that you guys can make together while you drink wine laugh and have a great time a real bonding experience and so you’re up on cloud nine you’re just having the greatest day ever. Then you run into that person, the person who’s Life is not going the way they want which from my experience is a large majority of the East Coast of the United States I haven’t spent much time on the West Coast or in the central US and so I don’t know about those demographics but I know about people around here. If you were one who lives on the East Coast of the United States before you get upset and close this article or change the page. You should read the whole thing because I may not be talking about you in particular maybe talking about one of your close friends someone that you can help.
Or maybe I’m describing you and this could be your wake-up call to go find out from a friend. Or maybe you and your friends don’t need help at all, maybe all’s you need is to change your outlet. Let me explain. So, you’re living life today’s a great day you wake up to find a bunch of money you’re planning this beautiful day with your loved one and you run into one of your old friends. You talk to them for a while the initial meeting is going great seeing one of your buddies from high school or college is always a good time. Then they tell you they’re doing great; you’re doing great everybody’s having a wonderful time. About 2 minutes into the greeting, as you are walking down the street together your friend start bitching, start telling you about how she hates her job, how all of her friends are more successful than her, then her boyfriend left her, she wrecked her car the week before. Then she tells you that her boyfriend ended up sleeping with one of her friends that’s why he left her, for her friend. And you went from being this bright really shining person, to this doll upset slightly angry person who’s just about ready to kill your friend’s ex-boyfriend, how did that happen? Do any of y’all see this routine happening in your life?
Each encounter is your own perception if you meet me on the street and I’m bitching and complaining angry at the world you can either choose to take on all of that and except my negativity making it your own and sharing my experience or you can choose to take your happiness that you were currently experiencing before meeting me and make that you’re own. There are two ways to live life, you can either live your life in a positive spiral or in a downward negative spiral, the downward spiral everything you do seems to go wrong you have more issues than you can handle and it seems like the world is against you. Now the positive spiral is where you are part of this World, you two seem to harmoniously mesh, like you guys are one. Things just fall out of the sky, opportunities just happen, life is wonderful. Now don’t get me wrong there is a blend of all of this in everyone’s life happiness, sadness, positivity, anger these are all emotions and life is an emotional roller coaster but it’s what you choose to do with the emotion that gives you the net result. So, take your friend who is in a negative spiral the one you ran into on the street and view it from an outsider standpoint they are essentially foaming at the mouth trying to verbally vomit all of their issues, on someone else. So they can release some of the emotions that they have pent up on the inside. You can either walk around with someone else’s vomit on your shoes or you can brush it off and act like nothing happened.
Everything has its own vibration happiness, sadness, anger, denial, love, ecstasy everything has its own vibration so does drama this is where a bunch of the people in the world live, they live in the vibration of drama, they love drama it’s all they care about. They want to get the next newest news about what ever issues are on the rise and it’s not for personal gain but it’s for the ability to repeat it over and over again giving them the a false sense of satisfaction, giving them a sense of purpose but in actuality they’re stuck in their own life and they can’t get anywhere because they’re constantly dabbling in drama of other people. We have all experienced it and we all know people that do it, but the question is if you’re one of these people who does it, how do you stop doing it? The way you stop doing it is you raise your vibration, so you rise up above it, so you leave the plain of drama to live in a much happier place.
Here are five tips to help you raise your vibration, step one meditate for 5-10 minutes a day. I recommend doing 5 minutes every morning right before you do anything else. I know everyone is living very busy lives but its only 5 minutes, what you want to do is just connect to clean pure energy allow your energy in your body to be replenished or recharged by this new energy. Second step try to take 30 seconds every couple of hours or every time you find yourself agitated or upset and take some really deep breathes, filling your lungs up as much as they can go. In through your noise out through your mouth pausing for a second at the top. It’s a proven fact that 90 percent of Americans don’t breathe properly, most people take very shallow breathes. Step number 3, try to look on the bright side of things as much as you can, in every scenario in life there are only two ways to look at it, there is positive or negative. Just because something awful happens doesn’t always mean it’s going to be a negative outcome. You need to look at it from the bigger picture. A few years back I had a jeep wrangler that got totaled in a car accident, at the time I thought my world was over. But it ended up being a big lesson for me one I needed to learn to always stay honest no matter the outcome and two I later saw a vision of my jeep with a seized/damaged engine do to a mystery oil leak. I’m pretty sure totaling my jeep and getting a couple grand in my pocket is way better then killing an engine and having to pay for that along with the car payments. See what I mean bad situation turned good. Step number 4 eat health, by eating healthy or clean you won’t be killing your vibe by loading up on highly processed stuff. Eat as close to whole as you can. Whole, meaning, whole vegetables or whole meats, as close to fresh from farm as you can. Step number 5, be kind to mother earth and be kind to others. If you see some trash pick it up and throw it away. If you see some body walking down the road or in the halls give them a smile, or a wave. You may be the only source of light or kindness they see that day.
It’s easy to light a match with an already lite candle, it’s impossible to light a match with a cold shoulder. Even if you are having a bad day, be the candle that helps lite another’s persons match, because you don’t know who is having a worse day!!
