Are You Impatient?
How do you teach patience? Well before we learn how to be patient, we must first figure out what patience means. The definition of patience is “an ability or willingness to suppress restlessness or annoyance when confronted with delay.” Or “the quality of being patient, as the bearing of provocation, annoyance, misfortune, or pain, without complaint, loss of temper, irritation, or the like.” So now we know what the actual definition of patience is what does that tell us, not much. But as you get more spiritual you will learn that different emotions, feelings, actions or loss of temper. Is a direct result of dark energies, being in you, on you, around you, or around the person or thing you are freaking out at. You can change this by changing your vibration, you change your vibration by changing your outlook on life and by meditating.
Coming from somebody who has studied spirituality for most of my life I can say with confidence that everything has its own vibration no matter if there is a demon or dark energy attached. People are incredible instruments of creation. We have the power to change our emotions within seconds. So, what does that mean? We have the power to change our vibration from high to low and low to high with in the blink of an eye. So why are we sitting around sad, mad, unhappy, depressed or inpatient? Because the average person doesn’t see the value of meditation. If you go around and ask a bunch of people about meditation half of them don’t have a clue about it or what it does. They just think you sit there with your eyes closed and its some hard task that is above them. Which couldn’t be further from the truth. Which is the main reason I started this newsletter and started producing so much content to try and reach as many people as I can and spread the message. You CAN have a HAPPY, SUCCESSFUL, WONDERFUL LIFE and it is way easier than any of you can imagine. It starts with changing your mindset and raising your vibration. Think of it this way, on a scale from 1 to 10 the average people hangs around a 5 (1 is the lowest vibe) 1234(5)678910 (10 is the highest vibe) by being the incredible person that you are, you contain the power to go from a 1 or 2 all the way to a 8,9, or even a 10 in seconds. Let’s try a very easy exercise I want to you sit and focus on one of the happiest moments of your life. For the mothers and fathers, it may be the birth of your children, for those who don’t have kids it may be the day you graduated from school or maybe it is a lovely childhood memory. Whatever the memory is, it doesn’t matter as long as you experienced true joy and true happiness. Focus on that, focus on the feelings, focus on the emotions. Imagine you are standing right there, imagine it so clearly, it’s like you are reliving that experience for the first time. Feel the tingles on your body, feel the warmth, feel the love, the excitement. LIVE the Joy! LIVE the Happiness! Marinate in those feelings for a while, sit in that experience as long as you can. Be that experience!
By focusing on the love, happiness, joy and ecstasy. You allowed your vibration to rise to an 8, 9 or even a 10. The more you do this the easier it will be to pop yourself into that state of love, happiness, joy and ecstasy. By doing this simple exercise you have learned how to change your emotions. Congratulations!! Now what does this have to do with patience? By learning how to change your vibe and raise it to a higher level you are able to get out of the vibration of impatience. Have you noticed that some of the most impatient people are those who live for Drama or are Drama Queens? Can impatience and drama be one in the same? Absolutely they are. Drama, anxiety, and impatience’s are all caused by the same thing it’s caused by dark energies, so if you replaced the dark energies with white and gold light the drama, anxiety or the impatience’s will go away.
But sometimes its hard to see past the darkness to view your happy moments follow this meditation to rise above that!!
If you are a person who is constantly impatient then I suggest meditating every day. Working on raising your vibration, its kind of like going to the gym to get stronger. The more you do the exercises and the more you push yourself the stronger you will become. When working on raising your vibe the more frequently you meditate, the higher your natural vibe will be and when your vibe is naturally high you will vibrate above drama or impatience at your normal resting level. Essentially you will outgrow and become stronger than the vibration of drama and impatience. You will soon find out, that your normal resting vibe is happy, content, patient and focuses on the Brightside of things. This takes dedication but it is easily obtained if you turn it into a daily ritual like brushing your teeth, taking a shower and going to work. Just throw meditation in there sometime in the morning and watch the happiness roll right in along with all the other great things.
